Hotel policies
Check-in / Check-out
Check-in from 2:00 PM (14:00 hrs), check-out by 11:00 AM (11:00 hrs). Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may attract charges.
Identification
All guests must present a valid government photo ID at check-in (Aadhaar, passport, driving licence or voter ID). Foreign nationals require a passport and valid visa.

Bookings
Cancellation & refunds
Free cancellation up to 24 hours
Cancel more than 24 hours before your check-in date and you receive a 100% refund.
Within 24 hours of check-in
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in are not refundable.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method, typically within 7–10 working days.
No-shows
Guests who do not arrive without cancelling are treated as a within-24-hours cancellation and are not refundable.

What we collect
We collect only the information needed to serve you: name and contact details from enquiry forms, and standard analytics data about website usage.
Payments
This website never collects or stores card details. All online payments are processed by our booking engine's PCI-compliant payment gateway.
How we use it
Enquiry details are used solely to respond to your request. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing.
Contact
To request deletion of your data, contact us using the details on the Contact page.

Room availability and rates are confirmed exclusively through our booking engine or front desk. Website content is informational and does not constitute a confirmed reservation.
Banquet enquiries
Banquet and event enquiries are requests only; dates and pricing are confirmed by hotel staff in writing.
